Our food philosophy

We believe that the health of our teammates starts with access to nutritious foods. Our state-of-the-art food services feature high-quality, healthy options that are environmentally sustainable and are made onsite by our culinary team at a subsidized cost.

Wellness points program

Engage in wellness programming and get rewarded. We offer a variety of opportunities to earn points throughout the year leading to an annual payout.

Employee assistance

Our goal is to support employees and their families in all areas of their life. We offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all full-time and part-time employees, their spouses/domestic partners and dependents under the age of 26. Our EAP is confidential and available 24/7.

Fitness Reimbursement

Physical fitness looks different for everyone. We offer a monthly reimbursement for you to exercise the way that works for you.

Hydroponic farm

We invested in a hydroponic farm to grow nutrient dense food right on our Madison campus to limit the food miles and reduce employee facing food costs.
